With over 50 years of combined experience in the home building industry, Vintage Homes gained the attention of the Hampton Roads community during Homearama 2009 at Culpepper Landing in Chesapeake. And as an already established Culpepper Landing builder, the company was right at home among the rest of the Homearama builders. Vintage Homes' attention to detail and quality craftsmanship was awarded with a Gold for Best Craftsmanship, a Bronze for Best Integration of Technology and a Silver for Best Flex Space for The Dover Home. Vintage Homes also built the Lindsay model winning a Gold for Best Flex Space and Silver for Best Outdoor Living Area.

T.E. Jones, General Manager of Vintage Homes, has been in the construction industry for many years and takes pride in the highly refined craftsmanship skills you will see thoughout a Vintage Home. From his early beginnings with summer jobs on construction sites to his work as a framer, carpenter and remodeler, T. E. puts his experience and tenacity to use with every home he constructs. With the establishment of Vintage Homes in 2006, he has delivered on his goal to offer his clients value for their investment with quality construction and complete customer satisfaction.
